I have been missing Albanian food so bad lately.
Byrek is one of my most favorite things,
so I called up my dear zemra Sonila
and she led the way for me...

Chopped onions, tomatoes, oregano and some S&Psandwiched in between fillo dough
(because I can't make my own sheets of dough)
and in the oven.
The taste took me right back to my beloved Albania.It was so good.
Jas even thought it was pretty tasty!
