Showered with love

We often joke about all the many sisters of our
fabulously large family being sister wives.
We may not share the same husband,
live in the same home,
or wear our hair in buns,
but when these beautiful and talented ones
get together, it's serious business.

They threw me a baby shower that was one I've never seen.
From decorations to food and gifts,
there were very few times in my life
I've felt so loved.

The tastiest, most divine lunch
consisting of:
Sara's marinated teriyaki salmon
Berta's greek salad
and
red potato salad
Jen's cookie salad
Rachel's breadsticks
Emily's pecan bars
Sadie's succulent fruit tarts
and
shortbread lemon drop cookies...
Is your mouth watering yet?!?

Sara's party favors table
consisting of:
Chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick
Chewy fruitys on a stick ;)
Chocolate dipped rice krispy treats
Almond bark
Emily's Chocolate covered peanut butter balls
and
M & M's in a bag

The baby making machines
(without Tiffany due Oct 30)
Eliza due Oct 23
Sara due Dec 3
Emily due Jan 15

I know it was mine, but it was the best shower
I've ever been to.
Thank you to all who came and spent time with me.
Thank you for the gifts and surprises.
And a great big hug and kiss to those who
sacrificed their time, sleep and energy
to make this such a great day.
I never cease to be amazed by your love and creativity.
You know who you are!
